Knewz.com is reporting that four Supreme Court justices have recused themselves from a lawsuit involving a book publisher’s parent company. Justices Amy Coney Barrett, Sonia Sotomayor, Ketanji Brown Jackson, and Neil M. Gorsuch withdrew from considering the case involving writer Ralph W. Baker’s allegations against author Ta-Nehisi Coates. Their connection to Penguin Random House reportedly led to the recusals.
