It's a pity the people running countries are not.

If I blew my nose on a Kleenex, and then reporters with cameras walked in, I would grab it and pocket it.

And if I was doing coke at that level, I would have it in a brown glass vial, not in some crumpled white bag.  There would also be powder residue visible on the table.
