Houthis Hit Ben Gurion Airport with Missile; Israel Weighs Response; Iran Possible Target

A ballistic missile fired by the Iranian-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen struck the ground inside the perimeter of Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport on Sunday, leading Israeli officials to prepare a response to Yemen — or Iran.

The missile struck “a grove adjacent to an access road, inside the airport’s perimeter,” the Times of Israel noted, after triggering sirens across central Israel and evading Israel Defense Forces (IDF) missile defenses.

They should hit Iran and tell the mullahs that every time one of their proxy terrorists launches an attack on Israel they will retaliate against Iran, not the proxy……….nice nuke facilities yah got there mutthomed.

Only problem with that is... I sense the Iranians have taken great pains to harden and protect their nuclear weapons sites so well that the Israelis (or we) can't "get to them" using normal, conventional weapons (even the "big ones").

It's going to take non-conventional weapons on an entirely different level to reach and destroy the Iranian sites.

You know what that means...

Iran probably already has a nuke. Just looking for justification to use it.

In theory they could do enough damage to the surrounding area that the weapons would be unusable.
