The Little Crappy Ships live up to their name.  Bad design process.  Bad procurement process.  Bad project management.  They are high cost and unreliable.  The money is better spent elsewhere.

To start with, every officer in the Navy that had a hand in the decision to make these POSs should be pushed from the service.  Just too many idiots or corrupt jackels working for the federal government.

There is no excuse for this incompetence.  None!
