Trump Wins Court Ruling — Migrants Threatened with Criminal Charges

A federal judge has mandated that all undocumented individuals in the United States register with the federal government and maintain documentation. Judge Trevor Neil McFadden ruled that the registration is an existing obligation for non-citizens and will take effect immediately. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has required anyone who has been in the U.S. for 30 days or more to complete their registration by the imposed deadline.
