The U.S. has transferred 17 alleged members of Tren de Aragua from Guantanamo Bay to El Salvador. Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed that the individuals will aid efforts to combat gang violence. The Trump administration has designated Tren de Aragua and MS-13 as Foreign Terrorist Organizations.

Two federal judges on Wednesday blocked the removal of Venezuelan nationals and alleged TdA gang members facing deportation under the Alien Enemies Act after the Supreme Court’s ruling on the Kilmar Abrego Garcia case.

Deport the Federal judges to El Salvador.

Invocation of the Alien Enemies Act would not have been necessary if Joe Biden had enforced Immigration laws.

The only reason they are in the country is because Biden and Mayorkas chose to ignore the rule of law so Dems could cheat in the next US Census and Re-Apportionment.
