District Judge James Boasberg, already under fire for blocking the Trump administration’s deportation orders targeting gang-affiliated illegal immigrants, is now facing a new wave of scrutiny—this time, for his daughter’s involvement with a controversial nonprofit linked to MS-13 and other criminal aliens.Katharine Boasberg, the daughter of the Obama-appointed judge, works for Partners for Justice, an organization that bills itself as a defender of the Sixth Amendment. However, critics say the group is offering aid and comfort to dangerous illegal immigrants, including violent gang members.What’s more, the organization is bankrolled in large part by taxpayer-funded grants, including those from USAID and other government sources, according to Amuse on X.Partners for Justice claims it doesn’t provide legal advice directly—but instead embeds “Client Advocates” with public defenders to assist with housing, employment, and social services.
