So, what’s the right answer for Republicans regarding this whole Signal thing? The right answer is not to care.

Not at all. The fake Democrats don’t get a trophy. They don’t get a head. They get nothing.

Understand that no one outside of Washington, DC, or Twitter cares about some journalist getting mistakenly admitted into a Signal thread. At all. The Democrats think they have finally found something they can sink their teeth into after two months of unbroken failure and humiliation, but it’s a pretty pathetic morsel. Real people don’t care about it.

Unfortunately, some conservatives do. To care about this is a huge mistake. We don’t know what this even is. What we have are the weasel words of Jeffrey Goldberg, a guy with so little credibility that if he told me the sun was coming up in the east I would arise before dawn to confirm it, saying that these guys were discussing war plans. I’ve seen war plans. I held a Top Secret clearance once upon a time. These were not war plans. I can safely say that there was no operations order cut and pasted into some Signal text.

The stuff we’ve seen is the stuff we already knew, like that our senior leaders think the Europeans are a bunch of freeloaders. In fact, the Europeans are a bunch of freeloaders, and our senior leaders have been quite clear about that in public.

And winning requires that we focus our targeting not our own people over invented outrages but the enemy. If there were problems with the Signal chat, they will be fixed. 

Well that is five minutes I will not get back. The article deflects and deflects what was a colossal blunder at best. At worse (allowing spying, thus being a spy) does not fully seem possible because he would have to be totally stupid in the way this was performed. I will elaborate on why I take that position.

If one wanted to let a liberal reporter (with possible ties to wanting to destroy America or profit from selling info to other countries) listen-in on a conversation, one wouldn't do it via inviting them into a chat where it could be documented. One would simply put up another separate phone connection listening in, or record it and send out minutes later to them. Not exactly to the minute super time sensitive stuff being discussed...

That said, this article uses a whole bunch of "Mega" to try and shame anyone that realizes this kind of mistake should never be even possible. It is neglect that stems from not taking a national defense position serious. I will elaborate on why I take that position.

First off, he has a liberal newspaper person (Jeffrey Goldberg) in his contacts along side sensitive government people. They have no place in your government top secret contacts. If you want them to contact (for what freaking reason would I want to talk to a liberal that is not family?), then you keep a separate phone, with the enemy contacts on it. Totally 100% separate, no chance of contamination... One has to speculate why have a liberal in your contacts at all, and that is above my pay-grade, perhaps he is authorized to tell/leak government spin positions to the press.

One other thing I found odd in the article... not once was Pete Hegseth mentioned. Goldberg was...

Now some say now that real top secret stuff was not discussed... No real war plans, but I must say that in the planning stages, that stuff does not get discussed. It is still top secret discussions even if the actual nutz-n-bolts is not laid out in detail.

What is the tell all about Goldberg, is he had to know he shouldn't have been in the group chat.... He said nothing it seems. 

My Two cents... from what sketchy details I have garnered. All liable to change within the next 24 hours of course.

There was NOTHING wrong with "Signal Chat"... It was entirely the fault Pete Hegseth, 100% all on Hegseth and his placing a known commie in his contacts on the same phone as the National security phone. I don't know if the alphabet soup allows multiple phones, but some smart guy sure should of seen this as a possible security leak and told Hegseth not to mix pleasure with business (commie lib in with the vice president). IMHO... this is a terrific blunder... and if the article writer can't even bring himself to admit this, then I don't care to hear his side of any political story if he goes into it with blinders on.

Probable right.... Jewish names spelled all around it... but mostly German except a few buried in Argentina in Jewish graveyards..
