Levin: If the Supreme Court Doesn’t Step in, We Will Be Living in a ‘Judicial Tyranny’

Jeff Poor 17 Mar 2025

During his Sunday broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “Life, Liberty & Levin,” host Mark Levin reacted to lower court federal judges putting stays on many of President Donald Trump’s executive actions.

Levin called it a “budding judicial tyranny” and urged the U.S. Supreme Court to get involved.

  • Ah, the air is so much fresher here...
This is why I'm for Trump ignoring the judge and sending the gangsta criminals on the El Salvador.

It's time to force SCOTUS' hand and make them get their butt in the game.
The Republic is lost.

Congress could also pass laws to address the courts' complaints, but, those lazy cowards don't want to get caught doing their jobs.

  • Dems-greatest existential threat to USA republic!
Here's an idea I mentioned on another board, I will mention it again.

If we are looking to reduce the cost of government, I suggest the following:

Reduce the number of Senators from 2 per state to 1 per state.  Looking to cut cost, cut to one senator, total 50 in the Senate.

Perhaps if Trump makes such recommendations, it will motivate the clowns of Congress to get of their dead posteriors and do their job.  And one thing they need to do is scale back the judiciary from the insanity they are doing at present.
