A Dust Bowl-like summer to challenge Texas and others

Maybe I should call this, “Attention Governor Abbott.”

You could see the singular severe event this weekend coming a week away. An” All Hell will break loose” watch was issued by me Saturday March 8th.  So it was the kind of extreme that stuck out like a sore thumb

But is it the start of a throwback summer to the Dust Bowl which will mean  ADAPTATION  methods will be put to the test?  If that kind of drought and heat happened before it can happen again.,  And I think this summer it has a shote

Precip has already been well below normal for much of the south this year
