The video is very daunting. The last thing we need is people driving around with one of these blowing each other to bits over road rage or other pursuits. 
That would be sheer craziness.
I have no problem with people driving around with miniguns on their cars, rifles over their shoulders, pistols on their belts, or switchblades in their pockets.
Freedom is scary. But I'll take it over the kind of
security we see in the UK where disarmed people are getting arrested and prosecuted for criticizing their government.
