Once the Government is shutdown, does it really have to be turned-on again?  Couldn't we leave it shutdown and go about our lives without Swamp parasites sucking our nation dry?

 Can a shutdown play into the hands of Republicans?

If there is no money--you'll just have to start laying off the workforce.

We finally need to prove once and for all that a shutdown has extremely little effect to the overall operation of the government.

This scares the Democrats more than anything else.
