Public Notice 12672: Designation of Various Criminal Organizations as Foreign Terrorist Organizations

The Department of State has issued Public Notice 12672, which is scheduled for publication in the Federal Register on February 20, 2025. This notice officially designates several criminal organizations as Foreign Terrorist Organizations under section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). The document is currently available online at the Department of State's website and will soon be accessible via the Federal Register's official publication channels.
