Army and Air Force sweep out DEI-coded programs

Army officials were instructed to remove diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility communications and trainings. The Air Force shuttered groups that targeted professional barriers faced by Black and Native airmen, women, and others.

The new leaders of the Army and Air Force ordered forces worldwide to sweep out offices, programs, committees and even press releases posted on websites that appear to relate to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, widely known as DEI programs.
 
The memos, signed by the acting Army and Air Force secretaries, echo President Donald Trump’s executive order issued Monday that repealed all ‘DEI’ policies, communications and references across the federal government.
 
Army officials were instructed to remove all outward-facing media of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility, or DEIA, initiatives as of 5 p.m. Jan. 23 and cancel related trainings “immediately.” Officials were also asked to report actions taken to comply with the memo.

On Thursday, the Army’s website for its Equity and Inclusion Agency was taken offline.

I beg to disagree!  Not until all the people with stars on their shoulders that are bleeding hearts, liberals, or just believe in DEI are sent packing will the programs be truly dismantled.  The military, led by Mark Milley, has shown an increasing unwillingness to submit to civilian authority, if they don't like a new program. :pondering:

Yep. Especially be wary of rebranding the SOS and filing it all under a different heading (like the ATF has been caught doing).

It isn't just the titles, or even the people, but the concepts that need to be removed.
Pick a uniform, and that should be the 'color' of everyone wearing it--and the only flag that matters is red, white, and blue.
