President Joe Biden on Monday announced a military aid package for $2.5 billion for Ukraine, and vowed to continue “surging” aid for the remainder of his time in office.

$2.5bn means that around $250 million of it might-maybe make its way to Ukraine. The rest will stay with the New York bankers as usual.

"Announcing an aid package" and 'delivering an aid package' are two entirely different things.  Slow Corrupt Joe seems to be big on the former, but quite lacking on the latter.

And there's the money quote.  "Advisory efforts".  Kind of like the 'advisory efforts' that his son Hunter engaged in.

And then there's the $100 billion recently passed by the Republican House that will go to FEMA to cover all the money given to illegals, plus another $10 billion in additional food stamp money for illegals.  And not a dime of it will be spent in Western North Carolina (except if you happen to be an illegal living there).
