Tom Homan Says $86 Billion is a ‘Good Start’ for Deportation Plans

President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming border czar Tom Homan has further outlined his plans to address immigration challenges, including deporting migrants whose home countries refuse to accept them. Homan noted that he is engaged in negotiations with third-party nations to house such individuals. Homan’s strategy echoes past efforts, such as the United Kingdom’s deal with Rwanda to house refugees, which was ultimately abandoned.
In this photo gallery, we assess Homan's strategies.

Not as an 'add-on' to the budget, but needs to replace what is already in the budget, such as hiring 87,000 new IRS agents

U.S. IRS to hire nearly 20,000 staff over two years with $80 billion in new funds

No new funding without finding where to take it from existing appropriations should be the hallmark of DOGE.  Only way to chip away at deficits.
