Mayorkas asks for more resources to monitor drones

.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas urged Congress to allocate more resources for the DHS to track drones.

On Monday, Mayorkas dismissed fears regarding drone sightings around the Northeast, saying a preliminary investigation showed no threat. Despite this, Mayorkas asked for more funding to monitor drones, ostensibly for any future threats. He said the scare highlighted the current lack of resources.

“We need Congress to better resource the departments that are involved in this,” he told Axios. “State and local authorities need the ability to detect and counter any malicious drone activity with appropriate safeguards.”

Mayorkas also dismissed the theory that a lack of coordination between different government agencies could explain the confusion, saying coordination is “effective right now.”

On Sunday, Mayorkas asked for greater jurisdiction to deal with any possible drone threat, as some measures are set to expire.

I wouldn’t give this Fudpucker an additional red cent because I think it’s a guarantee that he will only use it to benefit illegal aliens, they are the only thing he has cared about for four years…..well that and persecuting White conservatives.

No.  He and Biden will use the money for nonsense like illegal immigrants and global climate change.

Revoke Mayorkas' citizenship and deport his ass back to Cuba.

Giving more money to wasteful spenders only enables more wasteful spending.

The illegal immigrants will have to eat Spam instead of turkey or ham for Christmas.

National Security or illegal immigrants?  National Security or Global Climate Change?  Force them to choose.  Does America and do Americans matter to their own Government?

Just transfer the $$$$ DHS wastes by monitoring Catholic and Evangelical churches and Pro-Life groups.

If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.

These things have made incursions into military and civilian controlled airspace.
They have presented enough of a hazard to normal air operations that airfields have suspended normal operations. Play stupid games, stupid prizes should result.
It should be open season on drones violating restricted airspace.
Bring 'em down and find out whose they are, what they are capable of, and what their mission is.
Sooner or later, if this is being done by someone with ill intent, they will be doing more than just flying overhead.

Can the Commerative Air Force spare a few fighters, with wing-mounted machine guns, for anti-drone patrols?

If our Federal Government won't protect us, maybe we need to take matters into our own hands and blast them out of the sky with an Air Militia.

Maybe just a few counter-drone drones. I'd even bet there would be enthusiasts in the country who would be glad to help, provided any equipment damage was compensated.

No deal, mayorkas.

Come January 21st, we'll take care of it ourselves.
