I wish it were true but the vast majority of the 20 million are here to stay.

Those in prison will be easy enough to track, then those that are on government programs, those who walk into hospitals that aren't citizens, kids in schools that aren't citizens, those that apply for driver's licenses that can't produce a birth certificate, etc.
As I've stated before -- cut off the perks and many of them will self-deport.
Have ICE sit outside of a Home Depot where ILLEGALS are waiting for day labor jobs. For that matter, people can go around to different construction sites and ask how many are legally working there -- the phone number to ICE is pretty easy to find; taking pictures and reporting is also effective. ILLEGALS tend to scatter when inquiries are being made. Calling the IRS and reporting that an employer is hiring ILLEGALS is another avenue. There are easy ways to report ILLEGAL sightings. (Don't ask me how I know this).
Of course, the ACLU and LaRaza organizations will try to tie things up in court -- or the bleeding heart liberals in Congress (GOPe included) will challenge the issue.
Legal American citizens now know what's going on and they also no that we as a country cannot sustain the illegal invasion economically and then they now realize the criminal element in this issue as well.
