Proposition 36 has won the day.  It ends some aspects of Proposition 47 that Kamala Cackling Harris had a lot to do with.

When asked about if she voted for it, she declined to provide an answer.

Hey Democommies, in the future, please resist selecting candidates that cannot speak as intelligently as a chimpanzee, please!!!
