Video Footage From Milton Shows Surprisingly Little Damage At Landfall
October 20, 2024

By Paul Homewood

I came across this bit of video footage, showing the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. (Click on link).

Milton made landfall in the early hours of the 10th October at Siesta Key and Bradenton Beach, both of which appear in this little segment.

The damage, to say that this is where the worst of the storm surge and highest winds occurred, is remarkably minor.

There is simply no way any of these buildings would have remained relatively unscathed during a Cat 3 hurricane.

By means of shrewd lies, unremittingly repeated, it is possible to make people believe that heaven is hell - and hell heaven. The greater the lie, the more readily it will be believed.

The receptivity of the masses is very limited, their intelligence is small, but their power of forgetting is enormous. In consequence of these facts, all effective propaganda must be limited to a very few points and must harp on these in slogans until the last member of the public understands what you want him to understand by your slogan.
