Illegal Alien Repeatedly Raped Young Girl For Years, Gets 40 Years Of Sentence Suspended
NORFOLK, VA - On July 26, Jose Antonio Canas-Olivares, 41, was sentenced by Judge Mary Jane Hall to 20 years in prison, after accepting the plea deal which the illegal alien and the Norfolk Commonwealth Attorney’s Office agreed upon.
Earlier this year, Canas-Olivares to three counts of raping a child over a three-year period.
The brutal sexual assaults began when the victim was only 9 years of age and continued until the age of 12, when she reported the abuse to “trusted adults and Norfolk Police in early 2023.”
