Election Integrity in Swing States

Election Integrity in Swing States
By Robert A. Taft

There are seven states that are considered 'swing' states. They are critical to the outcomes of national elections and one would think that the election security processes in these states would be top-notch.

Unfortunately, they are anything but.

The seven states include: Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.

According to the Heritage Foundation election integrity scorecards, Georgia -- probably because of the pressure brought to bear on it from the questionable 2020 election results -- is the only one that scored well at 83 out of 100. The average of the other six is 59 percent. The average ranking for these seven is 29 out of the 50 states.

If you add other possible swing states – New Hampshire, Maine, Colorado, Minnesota, and Virginia -- they average 54 percent. It is interesting to note that all the states ranked in the lowest election integrity rankings and performance are blue states.

The only reason AZ is considered a "swing state" is because of the unprecedented Dem cheating in the past 3 elections, and nothing has been done to correct it.  I have no idea how bad it's going to be this year, but I am not hopeful.  Bad news for Kari Lake, too.

"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."

Nothing done now for 3 election cycles?
Forget it, Cyber.
I've said it before -- Arizona is a blue state now. By the fruits of your statewide elections shall ye be known.
(I know what I speak regarding blue states, I live in one of the bluest.)

Let's go down the list above:
Arizona -- see above.

Michigan -- With witch whitmer as governor, I expect nothing will be done to thwart "the election apparatus" in her state. Heck, she's probably in charge!

Nevada -- dem-communists growing too strong there for the Pubbies to remain an effective opposition force. Illegals are going to tip it over even faster.

Wisconsin -- you could see it changing back when Scott Walker lost. Didn't the state supreme court there just "flip to the left" in the last election? Won't be getting any election integrity enforcement from them...

North Carolina -- still purple, but the fact that they elected a dem-com as governor should serve as a harbinger of the future there.

Pennsylvania -- remains a toss-up. Regardless of Philadelphia (and suburbs), Scranton and Pittsburgh, the core of the state (known as "the t") remains somewhat conservative (and white).

Georgia -- I don't care who's governor there, the state's gone "back to the blue". Again, "by your fruits shall ye be known". Who won there last time (both for Pres. and BOTH Senate races) ???
