Even Zuck Was Impressed

Powerline 7/19/2024

As I recall, Mark Zuckerberg spent several hundred million dollars in 2020 to help elect Joe Biden. His “Zuckbucks” went to install Democratic Party activists inside local offices that carry out elections, so that in some jurisdictions, the actual conducting of the election was outsourced to the Democratic Party. But this year, he says he is sitting it out. And even Zuckerberg was impressed by Donald Trump’s performance in Butler, Pennsylvania:

ZUCKERBERG:  “Trump get up after getting shot in the face and pump his fist in the air with the American flag is one of the most badass things I've ever seen in my life.”

I think we might use the word iconic too much but.....

I wasn't alive for the Iwo Jima flag raising, but there is no doubt, that this image along 9-11 Firefighters raising the flag, were of the ones with most powerful imagery in my lifetime.
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

..and the look on Oswald's face when Jack Ruby pumped him full of lead...

God only knows what that patsy was told--just like the one in this incident.

Seventeen Techniques for Truth Suppression

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
