JD Vance slams Biden for ‘covering himself in glory’ with US veterans ad

Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) criticized President Joe Biden for a recently released campaign ad, which features veterans slamming former President Donald Trump.
Biden was in Normandy, France, over the last week for the 80th anniversary of the D-Day invasion, during which his personal X account posted the ad online. Vance, a veteran himself, described the soldiers who stormed the Normandy beaches as part of “the greatest generation,” and criticized Biden for trying to destroy “everything they fought for.”

Here’s the crazy thing, Maria, ask the greatest generation what they feel about wide-open borders. Ask the greatest generations what they feel about sex changes for minors. The fact that Joe Biden is covering himself in glory of the very people who fought for something that he’s trying to destroy is disgraceful, and I hope Americans reject it this November.”
