Not a real big secret.  I think everybody knew that none of the intelligence agencies were doing their duty in the first administration, which is why Trump's cleaning them all out now, before they have time to re-organize their "resistance" again.

Trump does anything with the intelligence agencies, he will get JFK'd.

And I suspect the CIA, FBI, NSA and half a dozen other agencies have been intentionally misleading just about every POTUS we have had since JFK.
