The remains, discovered at the ancient preceramic site of Checua near Bogotá, were of hunter-gatherers whose DNA does not match that of any known Indigenous population in the region today.
Oddly enough, that part of Columbia has lots of statues and sites that match up nicely with Hindu gods. But the scientists will never look there for a DNA match because impossible.
Never think outside of the paradigm that prevails or lose professional standing, face relentless viscous personal attacks, and never work or publish in that field again, a long standing professional code of conduct. Just look at Egypt where nothing significant has changed, since Herodotus in 550 BC. despite mountains of evidence to the contrary.
