The problem I see is that the playing field will be tilted to enable the 'immigrants' to jump to the level of comfort of someone in their 40s who has been at it a while, in the name of "Equity".

Just referring to the ILLEGALS as "immigrants" has that going already.

Enough! without seriously compelling refugee status, send them home and make them sign up through the normal process.

These people are already displacing Americans, are already getting "benefits" NONE of the rest of us (taxpaying citizens) do.
