An absurd comment made by a “woke” person states that it is a form of “micro-agression” when a White person compliments a Black person. Furthermore, it seems that woke people are wanting a form of separation from non people of color. In our modern day and age, there should no longer be discriminatory claims such as this one directed towards a specific group of people.
 
The tables are turning when it comes to discrimination in America. Following that, initiatives like DEI are seen as discriminatory towards Asian and White people. According to the Atlantic, a former writing instructor at Penn State’s Abington campus, resigned and filed a lawsuit in 2023, alleging discrimination based on his race as a White individual.
De Piero claims that the institution’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives created a hostile work environment, violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Many years ago I had two black secretaries. I thanked them and complimented them on a regular basis. Even prayed for the teenage son of one of them when he had a heart transplant. Who knew I was just exhibiting aggression?

I do all the time,but I live  in a rural area,and there are far fewer hostilities here. Most people seem to believe in live  and let live.

At one time my father was in the hog business with  a black  man. My  father would catch  the wild hogs,and then give them to the black man that had more room for a hog pen to fatten up for the slaughter. They would then split the profits.

I have been known to "Crop Dust" the isles on occasion too.

Mostly limited to medical buildings and government buildings here, though there has been a flurry of multi-story apartments recently... But my current condition leaves me ample opportunity to visit medical facilities and work my magic. 

Always a bit disappointed if I can't muster a fart for the elevator - though sometimes it's just too risky.
