Somali "1627 Boyz" gang member Ibrahim Mohamed Abukar, 26, has been taken into custody after being wanted since 2021 on a felony warrant for a drive-by shooting we posted in June 2021 in downtown Minneapolis of a rival "Somali Outlawz" gang member.
