First dog Commander Biden bites another Secret Service agent
by Alex Gangitano - 09/26/23 5:01 PM ET

President Biden’s dog, Commander, bit another Secret Service agent at the White House on Monday, the Secret Service confirmed.

“Yesterday around 8pm, a Secret Service Uniformed Division police officer came in contact with a First Family pet and was bitten. The officer was treated by medical personnel on complex,” spokesperson Anthony Guglielmi said in a statement Tuesday.

The incident with the 2-year-old German shepherd was first reported by CNN. It is Commander’s 11th known biting incident, which have taken place at the White House and at the Biden family home in Delaware.

A conservative legal activist group, Judicial Watch, obtained emails in July describing encounters with Commander, detailing 10 alleged biting incidents by Biden’s dog from October 2022 through January 2023.

Last November, a biting incident left an officer with injuries on both the upper right arm and the thigh. The first family, who are dog lovers, were gifted Commander from Biden’s brother James Biden and sister-in-law Sara Biden in December 2021.

The White House has said that the Bidens are working with Secret Service and executive residence staff on additional leashing protocols and training for Commander, as well on establishing designated areas for the dog to run and exercise.

Commander is the second of Biden’s dogs to be involved in an incident. In 2021, another German shepherd, Major, was removed from the White House and relocated to Delaware where he lived with family friends following several reported aggressive episodes.

I'm sorry, but any dog that continuously bites, needs to be put down. 11th attack?  It wouldn't surprise me if the dog eventually goes after Brandon or Mama Jill.
Romans 12:16-21

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all…do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Sounds like trash breeding.

If my dog attacks once. even legitimately, the county might well put him down.  :pondering:

Well played, sir.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.     -Dwight Eisenhower-

I haven't had a dog that bights but my parents had one that bit the mailman(not her fault she thought the guy was stealing from my parents) and the county had them Quarantine her for thirty days with the warning if it happened again she would be put down. It5's a shame these SS officers(whoa that sounds bad) can't sue the bastard Biden and dr. Jill. I don't think getting bit by a dementia patients out of control dog is part of the job description.

It's. a touchy spot... I won't put a dog down for nipping... kids kinda need that... and so do some guests... Drawing blood makes it serious... One of my dogs got put down for tearing up house cats... two for shagging game or livestock around... Ain't  had one put down for biting hoomins, though I did give one away for coming close. Mostly that is avoided by cutting ties with anyone the dog don't like... I have always found there's a reason.
