12-Year-Old Arrested for Armed Carjacking Attempt in D.C

A 12-year-old boy has been arrested in Washington D.C. for allegedly attempting an armed carjacking.
The child was arrested and accused of carjacking a woman in Southeast.
After D.C. police arrested the suspect, the victim spoke with reporters about the incident.
The woman, who remains anonymous, told WTTG that the armed robbery attempt happened around the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue and U Street on Sunday.
