Joe Biden just solidified Russia’s near-monopoly on global uranium production. Using the Antiquities Act of 1906, Biden declared a national monument on 1 million acres of uranium-rich Arizona land, rendering hundreds of uranium deposits unmineable.

Russia has a "near-monopoly on global uranium production"? Kazakhstan, Namibia, Canada, Australia, and Uzbekistan don't each produce more uranium that Russia (2021, World Nuclear Association)? And Niger almost as much as Russia?

US uranium reserves are not solely in Arizona. Quite a few states have recoverable Uranium, but cost of recovery is often higher than the market price (which is probably the reason US uranium production declined by about 99% in the 2010s.

Russia has held a monopoly for some time. HR Clinton had a lot to do with Putin obtaining a LARGE SHARE of USA uranium production, when she agreed to sell it to Putin, and then some months later, received a $140 million contribution to her and Bill's money laundering operation, called the Clinton Foundation.

The traitors in the USA are almost everyone elected to federal office. I am sure there is one or two not on the take.

Just in case there is someone reading this thread
who doesn't know why uranium is important
(maybe because they went to public schools,
where most of the teachers are completely illiterate in science)
uranium is important because
it is the key material needed in making nuclear weapons!

(Yes, you could use plutonium, but you need uranium to make plutonium!)

More importantly, it's used in nuclear power plants.
