Joe Biden and Hunter Biden allegedly "coerced" Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky to pay them millions of dollars in exchange for their help in getting the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating the company fired, according to allegations contained in an unclassified FBI document released Thursday by Sen. Chuck Grassley.

Grassley said he released the document, which describes an alleged criminal bribery scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a Ukrainian business executive, so that the American people can "read this document for themselves without the filter of politicians or bureaucrats."

The document in question is an FBI-generated FD-1023 form, which Grassley, R-Iowa, acquired via legally protected disclosures by Justice Department whistleblowers, according to the Senator's office.

That FD-1023—a confidential human source (CHS) reporting document—reflects the FBI's interview with a "highly credible" confidential source who detailed multiple meetings and conversations he or she had with a top executive of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings over the course of several years starting in 2015. Hunter Biden, at the time, sat on the board of Burisma.

Fox News Digital has reviewed the document, which includes new information, including the identity of the business executive—Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky. Zlochevsky, and the allegations that he was "coerced" into paying Joe Biden and Hunter Biden millions of dollars to get a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating his firm fired.

In the form, Zlochevksy tells the source he has "many text messages and ‘recordings’ to "show he was coerced to make such payments" to the Bidens.

WASHINGTON — A bombshell FBI informant file containing a $10 million bribery allegation against President Biden and his son was released Thursday by Sen. Chuck Grassley, showing that a Ukrainian oligarch claimed he was “coerced” into making the payoff.

The owner of Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings, Mykola Zlochevsky, told the FBI informant in 2016 during a meeting at a coffee shop in Vienna, Austria, that “it cost 5 [million] to pay one Biden, and 5 [million] to another Biden,” according to the redacted FD-1023 form.

“Zlochevsky made some comment that although Hunter Biden ‘was stupid, and his (Zlochevsky’s) dog was smarter,’ Zlochevsky needed to keep Hunter Biden (on Burisma’s board) ‘so everything will be okay,'” the document says.

According to the report, the source then inquired whether Hunter Biden or Joe Biden told Zlochevsky he should “retain” the younger Biden; Zlochevsky replied, “They both did.”

In an addendum to the report from June 2020, the source told investigators that Zlochevsky claimed to have 17 recordings of conversations with the Bidens — two of which involved Joe.

What to believe? Is Grassley finding a different proceeding/allegation?? This is dated and came out in 2020 when Trump was trying to uncover the Biden's connection to Burisma.

Ukraine seizes $5 million bribe related to Burisma founder

Ukrainian law enforcement officials announced on Saturday that they were offered $5 million in bribes to end a probe into Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder of energy company Burisma, Reuters reports.

Nazar Kholodnytsky, the head of Ukraine’s national anti-corruption bureau, stressed that the bribe had no connection to former Burisma board member Hunter Biden, the son of former Vice President Joe Biden.

“Let’s put an end to this once and for all. Biden Jr. and Biden Sr. do not appear in this particular proceeding,” Kholodnytsky said, according to Reuters.

Burisma gained worldwide notoriety during the 2019 impeachment inquiry into President Trump over allegations he attempted to pressure the Ukrainian government into opening an investigation into Hunter Biden to damage Joe Biden before the November presidential election

The release of the FD 1023 is alarming, including the statement that the payment of millions would be worth it to "protect us, through his dad, from all kinds of problems." The source added that steps were taken to avoid direct payments to the "Big Guy."

The FBI source, whose report was hidden by corrupt FBI agents, told the agency that Burisma's founder had 17 recordings of his bribery conversations with the Biden's. Two of the recordings included conversations with Joe Biden himself, while 15 were with Hunter Biden.

"Zlochevsky stated he has two 'documents (which CHS understood to be wire transfer statements, bank records, etc.), that evidence some payment(s) to the Bidens were made, presumably in exchange for Shokin's firing."

Shokin was the Burisma prosecutor who was fired at Joe Biden's personal demand.

Instead of following the trail of evidence handed to DOJ and FBI on a silver platter, the following happened: Democrats impeached Trump, FBI raided Trump's home, the DOJ charged Trump with felonies, and the FBI and DOJ together hid this document, banned investigators from questioning the Biden family and even secretly tipped the Biden family off about the investigation, and then gave Hunter Biden a sweetheart plea deal to immunize him and make the whole investigation go away.

This is the biggest corruption scandal in American history, and it's not even close.

Burisma's top executive told a confidential source for the FBI that he funneled money to the Biden family in ways that would take investigators "10 years" to unravel the money laundering scheme used to provide "illicit payments to Joe Biden."

Joe Biden's name is all over this document, which might explain why 1) Democrats were so desperate to impeach Trump for digging into Biden corruption in Ukraine, 2) the FBI and DOJ hid the document from investigators and Congress, 3) the FBI and DOJ obstructed the investigation into Hunter Biden, 4) why the corrupt plea deal with Hunter Biden was struck, and 5) why Joe Biden is willing to spend hundreds of billions of dollars to protect the current regime in Ukraine.

For ordinary rules of evidence.

The FD-1023 itself may come in under the business records exception to the rule against hearsay; however, I agree that the statements reported on the FD-1023 themselves constitute hearsay that does not appear to qualify for another exception to the rule against hearsay.

However, it could certainly be admitted for purposes other than proving the truth of the statements contained therein, such as for showing state of mind, or why there was a basis for the FBI to conduct further investigation.

All that being said, I'm not aware of the ordinary rules of evidence being applicable per se to impeachment proceedings, for example.
