Record-breaking temperatures are going to become more frequent as the global temperature either reaches or exceeds 1.5 degrees Celsius of warming over the next 20 years. More and more, we are hearing of deadly heatwaves and wildfires sweeping across hot, dry expanses of land. Extreme temperatures have been found to kill 5 million people each year.

Those who manage to live will be forced to deal with the consequences of excessively high temperatures in their everyday lives.

I have already noticed the difference in folks down south who can't live without air conditioning...
Just a generation ago, there wasn't any air conditioning... Understand that.... 'Conditioning'.
Go outside in it starting in the spring and leave the air off. Believe it or not, your body will adapt.
Happens every spring up in here... Bodies used to 20 below re-tune themselves to operate in 80s/90s.

Ain't no different.

More and more, we are hearing of deadly heatwaves and wildfires sweeping across hot, dry expanses of land.

Because derelict governments stop timber sales and refuse to cut grasses and ladder fuels, or order prescribed burns... 9/10s of these deadly fires used to be prevented.
