"GO WOKE, GO BROKE!"
No corporation can effectively jettison 99% of their customers to appease the remaining 1% (which may or may not be potential customers). This is irrational insane thinking. It is a suicidal business practice. And yet it happens all the time almost exclusively in American companies with the same result every time.
It is not as many people say, "They never learn." They know or should know exactly what they are doing. They just don't care. Most glaringly in Hollywood, Coca-Cola, and Disney, 'the perverted Leftist agenda' is more important to them than profits.
According to them, they are never wrong. It is just the public is TOO STUPID to recognize how 'enlightened' and 'uber-correct' they are. But that should not matter. They are not supposed to be in business to lose money, for any reason.
If they want to stop being 'for profit' corporations to become Political PACs, then just do that ... out in the open. People will adjust and these companies will start existing on 'contributions' instead of profits as most political organizations do.
