Biden has a pathological deep seeded 'need' to always portray himself as what he calls "a bad dude". He always seems ready for a physical 'fight'. That is his "needy" side. He is Mike Tyson, he is Rocky Balboa, in his impaired mind he is Superman, and he will play the phonograph while he takes you out behind the 'woodshed' (whatever the hell that is supposed to mean?)
The guy is a relic from another different time. He does not know. He does not understand.
