I'm sure he's been evaluated by a neurologist.  He has had some brain aneurysms many years ago and my guess is that he is probably probe to brain bleeds which can lead to dementia. It is difficult (and I am guilty) not to focus on his obvious dementia, but he has no business leading this country and while I find his dementia sad, his evilness was on full display years ago and I find his destruction of this country inexcusable.

If my father's dementia is any clue, I'd guess Joe is super-concentrating on where his feet go, because dementia patients can lose all sense of spatial orientation or depth perception. They're not sure where the ground is and whether they'll maintain their footing with the next step.

If my father's dementia is any clue, I'd guess Joe is super-concentrating on where his feet go, because dementia patients can lose all sense of spatial orientation or depth perception. They're not sure where the ground is and whether they'll maintain their footing with the next step.

Same here, we were caretakers for my wife's parents for 10 years.  One of the symptoms is overall loss of motor skills too. When I see that clip of Biden, the gait reminds me of my father in law, about 3-4 years into the disease
