I wonder how many 'takes' and 're-takes' and dozens of edits and dubs the producers had to do to make Biden sound coherent and awake? This will be the most produced and edited so called 'interview' since the Muslim hostage videos.
Biden's puppeteers (Soros, Obama, Jarrett, and a dozen others) would NEVER let Biden speak unsupervised adlib. Whatever he says will have been scripted, edited, and produced, to reflect the views of his controllers. Biden has no input in what he is told to say, and does not recognize or understand the words coming out of his mouth. Biden is nothing more than a senile old puppet who does and says whatever he is told to do.
This is why he is "not allowed" (according to his own statements) to act on his own. If he does act on his own, he will "get in trouble" (according to his own statements).
