Very interesting. This puts her perilously close to a violation of Sec. 3 of the 14th Amendment.
That section provides, in whole, as follows:
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
The act of violently invading the Wisconsin state capitol for the express purpose of stopping the legislature from carrying out its obligations as such - it's democratic obligations to the people who elected them - the invaders were engaging in insurrection or rebellion. Pelosi, by making those statements while a sitting member of Congress, was arguably giving aid or comfort to the enemies of the State of Wisconsin, and was therefore in violation of Sec. 3 of the 14th Amendment.
As such, she is constitutionally barred from holding the office of Representative of the House, and should be removed immediately.
