The Disgracefulness of George W. Bush
We got nothing out of Bush’s eight years in office.

Tim Young was exactly right on Saturday.

Young, the excellent conservative comedian and political commentator, took to Twitter after viewing the insulting Shanksville speech former President George W. Bush dropped onto the heads of the American people, and dropped some truth on Bush’s head.

“The more I hear from George W Bush,” Young tweeted, “the more I realize there was never really a choice in presidential elections in my lifetime until 2016.”

What was it that Bush said which prompted Young’s outburst? Most notably, this obnoxious statement during Bush’s speech commemorating the 20th anniversary of 9/11 at the memorial in rural Pennsylvania:

Quote
There is little cultural overlap between violent extremists abroad and violent extremists at home. But in their disdain for pluralism, in their disregard for human life, in their determination to defile national symbols, they are children of the same foul spirit. And it is our continuing duty to confront them.

W just knifed 30-40M coservatives in the back with his silly little epiphany into liberal la-la land.

This kind of jerk is worse than our democrat enemy.  He has become a traitor, who in retrospect duped us all.

And here is a fact.  In revolution, when the accountable are rounded up, traitors are put in the 10 items or less aisle.
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

This guy is exactly right - the Bushs and their coterie are the reason we had no real choice in presidential candidates from '88 until '16. The decline of the nation during that period is clear to everyone.

While standing on the graves of American heroes on 9/11, during a memorial for those killed and maimed by murderous bloodthirsty Muslim terrorists, while speaking to the very families of the victims, Bush said that Americans are just as bad or worse than those who attacked us. "They are both (Americans and Jihadist murderers covered with the blood of innocent 'Infidels') of the same spirt", said Bush.

Does not matter who or where such a sentiment would be shared anywhere in the World, that is the most STUPID RETARDED statement to make in those circumstances, and in front of the families and children of the heroes who were killed. Essentially, what Bush said is that the victims and those who would stand up for and avenge the victims are the same as the people who killed and maimed them. The person raped is the same as the rapist, especially if they get angry and demand justice. The people murdered and their family and friends are the same as the murderers.

STUPID people are like a coma. The comatose do not know they are comatose. It is the people around them who suffer.
STUPID people do not know they are STUPID. It is the people around them who suffer.

The Bush family does not know they are STUPID. In fact, they consider themselves to be "enlightened intellectuals". The same as all far-Left Liberals.
You cannot "COEXIST" with people who want to kill you.
If they kill their own with no conscience, there is nothing to stop them from killing you.
Rational fear and anger at vicious murderous Islamic terrorists is the same as irrational antisemitism, according to the Leftists.

Laura said, 'Any Democrat could have made that speech. It was written by someone for a Democrat.' Biden, Obama, Clinton, all would have said the same thing Bush said. This pinged something I had already been considering. I too thought Bush's speech sounded too much like DNC talking points.

It is my opinion, and has been since 9/11, that the speech was written for Biden to deliver, and his puppeteers tricked Bush into giving it in his place. What better optics could they hope for than to have a former RINO President trash his own base on 9/11.

Bush really is stupid. He is simply not a very intelligent fellow. I think Biden's controllers roped him into delivering the speech for Biden, and Bush is too STUPID to realize he was being used like a patsy. The Democrats are still laughing at him even now. "HaHaHaHa, I can't believe we got him to do that! What a Schnook! HAHAHA LOL!

No one tricked Shrub @240B .... Bush has been trashing Trump and his supporters since 2015.

Neither did he trash his base --- he no longer has one.

I think that the Bush dynasty ended when Jeb! had to drop out of the presidential race so early. His lack of popularity was an embarrassment but he was a pizz poor liberal governor and his brother wound up being a pizz poor liberal president. It was a shocker for the establishment and unfortunately we have a Senate and House full of azzhats just like them.
I Believe in the United States of America as a Government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a republic; a sovereign nation of many sovereign states; a perfect union one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.  I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it; to support its Constitution; to obey its laws to respect its flag; and to defend it against all enemies.

Lest we forget, George left office with 27% approval.  I thought we would never see a republican majority in any chamber, he was such a catastrophe.  Almost feel sorry for George Pee.

After this weekend, I think George P ought to just hang it up.  The Bush brand went from mud to feces in one easy speech.
