What really happened at the Oroville Dam Spillway

Excellent video on what happened at the destructive events that led to the evacuation of over 200,000 residents downstream of the Oroville Dam.

    I remember this, that recap was very interesting.  @BassWrangler Thanks for sharing. 

    Professional Responsibility seems a by word these days.

    I live right below one of these that overtopped the emergency spillway in 2002.
