What a difference the threat of a Recall election makes.

BREAKING: Governor Newsom announces plans to fully reopen California’s economy on June 15th if two criteria are met.
1) Vaccine supply for ages 16+ is sufficient.
2) Hospitalizations must stay stable and low.

Ramping up distribution of vaccines, re-opening counties. After a year of playing dictator, Governor Hair Gel is suddenly interested in actual governance.

WTH does that mean?! As of "Apr 06 2021 6:00am ET" ( https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#vaccinations ) California had ~6.5 million doses sitting in storage (assuming zero wastage), ~24% of doses delivered to California.
