Will their claimed working hours be cross-check with their log-in and active time logs? About 10 years ago Yahoo! (IIRC) did that cross-check and found many teleworking employees claimed hours on days they never logged in.

The state of Texas is doing something similar.  My brother who works for the state, hasn't been to his former office in a year.  Now the state has thousands and thousands of square feet of empty office space....yet they continue to build more...go figure.
