John Roberts’s Latest Deciding Vote Spurs Wrath of Ted Cruz

The latest Supreme Court vote cast by Chief Justice John Roberts, rejecting an effort by a Nevada church to ease limits on attendance at its services during the coronavirus pandemic, was condemned by conservative lawmakers.

Roberts was the decider late Friday, joining the court’s liberals in a 5-4 vote against Calvary Chapel Dayton Valley, a Reno-area church that said the state was discriminating by imposing stricter requirements on church services than on the state’s casinos.

“John Roberts has abandoned his oath,” Senator Ted Cruz, Republican from Texas, said in a tweet. “Maybe Nevada churches should set up craps tables? Then they could open?”

Cruz’s comment helped get “John Roberts” trending on Twitter.

Senator Tom Cotton, Republican of Arkansas, also piled on, wondering “what happened to that judge?” and White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, a former Republican Congressman, called it “a sad day.”..........

George W. Bush was the worst POTUS in USA  history.  He brought us Obama.  And we still live with his decision in Roberts, who will be around long after I am dead.

We are still murdering the most vulnerable in the USA, the unborn, and the stinking lying lawyers that sit so high and mighty on SCOTUS remain determined to continue mass genocide.  And one cannot count on Roberts to vote to end that horrific practice.

Roberts is a very dangerous "yes" man.

His pick by Bush wasn't a mistake. Intentional.

I"'ll say it again. No person should have a lifetime appointment in this government.
She asked me name my foe then. I said the need within some men to fight and kill their brothers without thought of Love or God. Ken Hensley

Intentional; you are probably right.  There's a reason for term limits.

Congress is ineffective, reflective of decades of gross incompetence.  Issues of great importance to the American people are simply ignored by a group of self serving, incompetent buffoons.

The Supreme Court is making almost every major decision they make a political decision.  This is not why SCOTUS exists.  They are no longer a viable body.

So, what is the answer?  I say the time has come for national referendum, which carries greater weight than the two bodies above.  At no time since 1972 has the majority of citizens in the USA supported abortion, the endless self destructive genocide that has gone on unchecked and murdered 60 million+ of our most vulnerable, the unborn.

Seven non elected, lying lawyers that sat on the Supreme Court sentenced to death the 60 million+ unborn, AND COUNTING.  This travesty has heralded many of the problems we face today.  The folks in power, do you really think they would allow unchecked influx of invading illegal aliens if we weren't murdering our unborn?  Hell no!

So the time has come to push national referendums, and that, not the Supreme Court is the final say on laws created for this nation.  If we can have referendums at the state and local level, why not at the national level?

After watching Nadler and his cohorts and their ignorant behavior as directed at the AG, I do not want these pukes, or the Roberts' gang of lying lawyers making determinations for me in any way solely with no recourse.   The republic is dead if left solely in their hands.  Dead!
