ALBANY — Gov. Cuomo doesn’t seem too keen on the idea of letting New York City borrow billions to cover operating expenses.

The governor threw cold water on a proposal being considered by state lawmakers that would give Mayor de Blasio the ability to raise the city’s borrowing capacity amid the coronavirus crisis.

“Borrowing for operating expenses is fiscally questionable,” Cuomo

De Blasio is a left-wing fool, don't get me wrong.

But Andrew Cuomo is solely doing this out of a personal grudge. He wants the power. He wants to be the hero. De Blasio will propose something, and Cuomo will undercut him, then enact the exact same thing a couple days or weeks later.
