During an interview aired on Tuesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “11th Hour,” 2020 Democratic presidential candidate former Vice President Joe Biden called on secretaries of state to plan for having remote voting in the 2020 elections.

Biden said, “[T]here would be no rationale for eliminating or delaying the election. It may be virtual.”

FACT# 1:

a)The census Bureau did the 2000 count with paper and pencils

b)The Census Bureau developed a method for the 2010 count using hanheld devices, but when under way,, the system failes,count works out

and they startedover with paper and pencils

c) It remains to be seen how the 2020 turns out


FACT #2:

All states had time to develop and implement "Real ID" documents and licenses

a) California hired an outside firm to design and implement the relevant system, but by the due date it wasn't "up and runing."
