Trump says he has been tested for coronavirus

President Trump said Saturday that he took the test for the coronavirus the previous night and would have the results in a few days, saying he did so because of questions from the media.
“I also took the test last night,†Trump told reporters during a news conference in the White House briefing room. “I decided I should based on the press conference yesterday. People were asking that I take the test.â€
Trump was referring to an appearance in the Rose Garden on Friday during which he was pressed on why he hadn’t been tested or self-isolated after coming in contact with a Brazilian official last weekend who later tested positive for COVID-19.
