The Gateway Pundit can exclusively report that all contractors and employees at the Lakehurst military facility located near Trenton, New Jersey have been ordered to REMOVE ALL PRO-TRUMP gear from their workstations.

Brad Osborn, a Marine veteran who served from 2008-2012 during Obama’s first term, confirmed to TGP that those orders were indeed handed down by supervisors.

“Most of us are middle class people who support President Trump. It seems that we are not allowed to show our support during Democrat Congressman Andrew Kim’s visit,” Osborn explained.

Given the kerfuffle and the ration of sh* that was dumped on the soldiers and airmen who got Trump hats autographed in Germany a couple years ago by the media and the professional left...it makes sense.  Why create an issue for the media to pounce on when it can be avoided?

That being said...

I also...having been stationed in D.C. for four years...saw all the blind eyes turned towards people wearing Obama shirts to official military events...participating in MLK Day events at the Capitol that sounded more like campaign rallies...to the point of reporting what went down to my CO so I wouldn't possible get hemmed up...to seeing the PX at Ft. Belvoir and Ft. Myer openly sell and display Obama inauguration gear...the ONLY president they've ever done that for to my knowledge...I say it's bullsh*t since the request has probably never been made of any other Presidential gear in the past.

Democrats are petulant vindictive children.
If funding is involved, they don't want the Democrat to have a temper tantrum, which they are prone to at the sight of anything which is different from the way they think. Democrats/Liberals are the most intolerant people in America, if not in the world. To say they are classic fascists is an understatement.

I can second that. Was at Ft. Bragg during the Obama election. There was Obama posters and paraphernalia everywhere. Almost every office you walked into had a picture or poster or something promoting Obama. I was confused by it because I knew it was against regulations. But then, Democrats never have been the kind of people to 'follow the rules'. Also, it was a kind of warning. When you walked into a building like this, they were telling soldiers explicitly that saying anything negative about Obama would not be a good career move, whether it was true documented fact or not. Liberals are hard core fascists. They do not tolerate 'debate'. They only demand 'obedience' and conformity.

The US military is supposed to be non-partisan.

If an active duty service member, attends a rally, I think they are supposed to do so wearing civilian attire.

You are correct.  But even then there's a double standard.  The kid that jumped up on stage with Ron Paul in uniform got smacked pretty good by his chain of command for doing that...the Army National Guard major who showed up at the Biden rally in SC and actually "coined" him...yeah nothing done to her.

It lends credence to the term "Different spanks for different ranks".  Or in this case...political affiliations.

The "ranks" part of it is one thing, but the "political affiliations" portion is quite another.
