Cindy McCain admits ‘we all knew’ about Epstein

Quote
Cindy McCain, the widow of late Sen. John McCain, blasted authorities who were "afraid" to arrest convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein even though everyone "knew" what he was doing.

"Epstein was hiding in plain sight," said Cindy McCain. "We all knew about him. We all knew what he was doing, but we had no one that was — no legal aspect that would go after him. They were afraid of him. For whatever reason, they were afraid of him."

McCain's comments came after she was questioned by an attendee during her appearance at the State of the World 2020 conference in Florida.

McCain said a girl from her daughter's high school was one of Epstein's victims and that she hopes Epstein "is in hell."

This illustrates something about the #MeToo movement that P's me off. Epstein and Weinstein and many others demonstrate there was "there" there: there were predators; there were enablers; there were people who knowingly looked away (connecting a dot Cindy did not, including John McCain). Cindy McCain simply acknowledged what is intuitively obvious. But #MeToo has been hijacked (or was an activists' red herring) to serve as a political weapon: making lurid accusations from long enough ago that no supporting or contradicting evidences exist to take someone out for political or other dishonest purposes. Kavanaughing is the new Borking.

Afraid of Epstein?  My guess because of his ties with Billy Bob Clinton.  Clinton is still alive, Epstein died in prison and the findings lately reveal that a ruling of suicide is questionable at best.
Live in  harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.

But Billy Bob continues to enjoy the financial advantages of pardoning the world's richest fugitive from justice Marc Rich. Rich died but the money from him and his pals continue flowing to Clinton.
