Illegal Alien Who Ran Over Woman, Fled Scene, Is Released Without Bail
December 31, 2019 by Dave Gibson

ROCKLAND COUNTY, NY (WLNY) – There is grief and concern following a Christmas Eve crime.

A woman was struck and killed by an unlicensed driver who left the scene. He was arrested, and immediately released back on the street, under the terms of New York state’s new bail reform law.

Those close to the victim are struggling to understand why, CBS2’s Tony Aiello reported Thursday.

1: Do they also release citizens with no bail who have been arrested for manslaughter/Murder something, leaving the scene of a crime, etc, etc, etc?

Since he is an illegal alien he has no address for them to go look for him when he missed court, and have no bail money of his to hold to help convince him not to run, this leads to question number 2 : "What makes them think he is going to show up in court?"

Only in American can you come in illegally, commit another crime (the first being in this country in the first place) and go free.

I Believe in the United States of America as a Government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a republic; a sovereign nation of many sovereign states; a perfect union one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.  I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it; to support its Constitution; to obey its laws to respect its flag; and to defend it against all enemies.
